Madison Communities in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our on-site maintenance team and ensure high standards of resident comfort. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, supervise a crew, and manage schedules and safety compliance.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, budget oversight, and collaboration with management to deliver reliable, quality service on our garden-style properties in the Southeast.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and construction.
• Strong supervisory experience and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and resident-focused customer service.
• EPA Certification and CPO certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of property maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Plan and oversee the maintenance budget within financial guidelines.
• Maintain organized, safe shop areas with parts and tools stocked.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled maintenance team.
• Collaborate with property management to coordinate maintenance activities.
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance to minimize resident disruptions.
• Lead by example to ensure safety regulations and standards.
