Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance-friendly team member to ensure our portfolio of buildings meets company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role involves performing repairs, preparing units for new residents, and supporting vendor coordination at a mid-rise community in Portland.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs).
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing the make-ready process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and other duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment.
