Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations for the community, supervise staff and vendors, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards. You will handle service requests, inspections, budgeting, and on-call emergencies to maintain property quality.

The role requires EPA/CPO certification, HVAC experience, and basic computer skills to run on-site software. Regular on-site duties and a strong customer service approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required to perform on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and coordinate service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Inspect and maintain common areas and units; manage inventory and budget adherence.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and ensure timely resolution of issues.
