Job summary

Freudenberg Group seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a team of technicians on the plant floor. You will ensure equipment reliability, schedule preventive maintenance, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime.

You will read drawings and manage maintenance records to drive continuous improvement. Based in our Indiana facility, this on-site role offers safety training, growth opportunities, and a collaborative environment aligned with Freudenberg's values of quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience including leadership exposure.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical docs.
• Experience with maintenance software and diagnostic tools.
