The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in industrial maintenance, leadership experience, and proficiency with CMMS tools, blueprints, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience with maintenance management software and diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or related diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support maintenance technicians to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Prioritize and oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Respond to equipment issues quickly to support production and reduce downtime.
