Job summary

Asset Living in San Diego, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance operations at our community, handle service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination. You will work with the Community Manager to supervise staff and ensure safety and quality.

The role requires a High School diploma, EPA and CPO certification, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management of community operations.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas; identify and correct hazardous conditions.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory and budget adherence.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
