Job summary

WPM Real Estate Management, Allyson Gardens I & II, in Owings Mills, MD, is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager. The role supports the Property Manager in daily maintenance operations, including supervising vendors, scheduling services, and addressing resident concerns.

On-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and after-hours on-call coverage. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in site maintenance, HVAC certification, and practical electrical/plumbing/carpentry skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of site maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification required.
• CAM-T preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring vendors and contractors for service.
• Train Service Technicians and Apprentices.
• Schedule routine services and apartment turnovers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call duties.
