Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a hands-on Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead plant maintenance operations at a Stockton, CA facility. Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving in mechanical/electrical systems.
• Proficient in preventive maintenance programs and work order management.
• Experience with overseeing ammonia refrigeration and PSM programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across daily operations.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and work orders.
• Coordinate labor scheduling and weekly payroll approvals.
• Support production by minimizing downtime and responding to failures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls issues.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Oversee outside vendors, contractors, and OEM relationships.
• Participate in capital projects and facility improvements.
• Ensure OSHA safety and regulatory compliance, including PSM activities.
• Mentor maintenance personnel and build accountability.
