Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. DOE Q-level clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent with related experience.
• Experience coordinating maintenance planning, readiness, and scheduling in complex facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for maintenance work definition and readiness coordination.
• Coordinate with multiple groups to define scopes of work and plan readiness.
• Identify missing scope information and facility constraints that could delay work.
• Ensure work aligns with nuclear facility controls and scheduling processes.
• Move work packages through planning and approval, serving as Responsible Individual when needed.
• Facilitate prioritization and scheduling discussions and communicate schedule risks.
• Coordinate access, Lockout/Tagout, and materials with various teams.
