This role requires collaboration with Facilities Management, Engineering, Planning, and Procurement; positions may involve DOE/NNSA safety requirements and potential 24/7 shift coverage.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience for the lower level.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience for the higher level.
• Experience with facility maintenance, safety and security training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, plumbing and building systems.
• Plan, assign and supervise daily work for maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with Facilities Management, Engineering, Planning, and Procurement.
• Ensure safety, security training, and compliance across tasks and projects.
• Support cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.
