Asset Living is seeking a reliable Porter to support daily maintenance at our community. You will execute routine, preventive, corrective, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to keep the property safe and presentable.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance duties including routine, preventive, corrective, and cosmetic tasks.
• Attend on-site daily; respond to requests and work orders.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas; ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist in implementing preventative maintenance; participate in on-call emergencies.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage resident relations.
