Job summary

Fairstead ESC LLC is seeking a Porter to support the maintenance of our affordable housing communities on-site. You will assist with repairs, keep common areas clean, and help preserve curb appeal, contributing to a safe and welcoming living environment for residents.

This on-site, full-time role offers competitive pay, along with comprehensive benefits and paid time off. You will walk the property daily and provide excellent customer service as part of a tight-knit management team.

Qualifications

• General interest in custodial and/or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and being on call.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairing and maintaining the community features.
• Ensure a safe and clean-living experience for our residents.
• Maintain a high-level of customer service.
• Walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.
