Job summary

JLL in Brookshire, TX is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance teams, uphold safety standards, and manage preventive maintenance for the facility. The role requires coordinating with field staff, handling tickets, and ensuring reliable operation of industrial equipment.

You will support multi-site operations, monitor KPIs, assist with budgeting and vendor management, and be on-call for emergencies as needed. On-site work with shift flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative schedules.
• Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems and electronic controls.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Models safety standards and maintains a safe environment.
• Leads and trains maintenance team members to develop skills.
• Manages outside contractors and on-call emergencies.
• Supports multi-site production with a customer-focused approach.
• Tracks tickets and schedules preventive maintenance.
