Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead a team of maintenance mechanics and collaborate with robotics and controls technicians at our Jacksonville facility. You will ensure safety, schedule tickets, and oversee preventive maintenance while supporting multi-site production in a client-centric environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting input, vendor management, and the ability to respond to emergencies with on-call availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and schedules.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EHS to ensure safety standards are met.
• Meet operational KPIs including labor tracking.
• Own scheduling and tracking of tickets.
• Oversee building cleanliness and inventory tracking.
• Perform daily/weekly audits for cleanliness and work orders.
• Implement preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Maintain client-centric relationships with stakeholders.
• Assist in budgets and cost analysis; participate in project planning.
