Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure skilled team performance.
• Maintain operating budget and obtain competitive bids.
• Process POs and invoices to control costs.
• Prioritize and complete work orders with resident satisfaction in mind.
• Oversee safety, fire code compliance, and construction projects.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with property manager and respond to emergencies.
• Implement preventative maintenance and conduct regular inspections.
• Mentor maintenance team to enhance skills and knowledge.
