Job summary

MAXX Properties is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Denver to oversee responsive maintenance and turn projects for multi-family communities. The role calls for hands-on work, coordination with the maintenance team, and onsite problem solving to ensure resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of residential maintenance experience, strong electrical/plumbing/HVAC skills, EPA Universal preferred, and a collaborative, organized approach to daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of residential maintenance including work orders and turns.
• Moderate to advanced electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliance repair skills.
• EPA Universal certification is highly preferred.
• Energetic, responsible and organized; true team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulbs, HVAC, caulking, appliances, filters).
• Perform on-call emergency service as required.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed.
• Keep grounds and common areas free of trash and debris.
