Job summary

Sterling Group in Augusta, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our apartment communities safe and well-maintained. You will diagnose issues and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building trades.

This full-time role reports to the Property Manager and includes an on-call rotation, with a valid driver's license and your own basic tools required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in maintenance or equivalent field.
• EPA Certification and Pool License preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Own basic tools to perform apartment/building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical aspects of the property meet standards.
• Diagnose problems and make repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general trades.
