Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing or maintenance environment.
• Minimum 3 years in an office admin role managing inventory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Access to export-controlled items; offers conditioned on eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify Excel sheets with formulas and macros.
• Prepare Preventative Maintenance work orders weekly.
• Assist in developing maintenance procedures and instructions.
• Request quotations for spare parts based on technical requests.
• Order and track spare parts in on-site purchasing system.
• Organize all requests in Excel and maintain data accuracy.
• Create and manipulate formulas to handle large data sets.
• Maintain spare part inventory and part identification tags.
• Support calibration of critical furnace equipment.
