Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintenance and make-ready tasks at our community. The role requires regular on-site presence and strong customer service to residents.

Responsibilities include daily upkeep of grounds and facilities, responding to work orders, and cooperating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Salary ranges from $15 to $18 per hour; full-time, on-site position with safety and OSHA guidelines emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist in make-ready process under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance of common areas, grounds, and buildings.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Support safety programs and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Support customer and resident relations to ensure service requests are addressed promptly.
