Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking a skilled on-site Electrical Maintenance Technician to operate and maintain complex plant equipment at our Corteva location in Illinois.

You will perform electrical repairs, troubleshoot faults, and conduct scheduled inspections while upholding safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates will have Journeyman Electrician experience, NEC knowledge, a valid license, and proficiency with MS Office and PLC/SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician credential or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn company apps.
• Physical ability to climb, stand, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control).
• Perform electrical repairs, service, troubleshooting, and inspections.
• Support electrical safety program and ensure compliance with OSHA/PSM.
• Adhere to quality and safety procedures including environmental regulations.
• Recommend safety improvements and new devices or changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
