Job summary
Vylor, Inc. is seeking an experienced electrician to support on-site maintenance at our Corteva location in Illinois.
You will operate and service electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and control equipment, perform repairs, and ensure safety and compliance across all processes. Applicants should be a Journeyman Electrician with NEC knowledge, hold a valid license, and be comfortable with SAP/PLC environments and supporting production on shifts, including overtime.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician with NEC familiarity.
- Valid driver's license; able to drive company vehicle.
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new apps.
- Ability to climb, stand, lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and safety focus.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control equipment for processes and facilities.
- Perform electrical repairs, servicing, troubleshooting, and inspections per guidelines.
- Contribute to electrical safety program and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Recommend safety improvements and process changes with new devices or hardware.
- Maintain detailed equipment records and prints; support production shifts, including overtime.
