Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking an experienced electrical technician to maintain and troubleshoot plant electrical systems at our Corteva on-site location in Illinois. You will support equipment operation, perform repairs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a journeyman-level electrical background, NEC knowledge, and the ability to work independently or in teams. A valid driver's license and proficiency with MS Office are essential, with overtime during peak production periods.

Qualifications

• Journeyman electrician certification or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret the NEC.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and control equipment for process and facility.
• Perform electrical repairs, service, troubleshooting and inspections.
• Assist with electrical safety program to ensure compliance.
• Adhere to safety, quality, OSHA, PSM and Corteva procedures in daily work.
• Make recommendations to improve safety and electrical-related processes.
