Job summary

Vylor, Inc. seeks an experienced electrical maintenance technician to operate and service process equipment on-site at Corteva, St. Joseph, Illinois. You will perform electrical repairs, inspections, and safety program support while adhering to environment and OSHA/PSM guidelines.

The role requires a Journeyman Electrician, NEC knowledge, and the ability to work independently or in teams. A valid driver's license, SAP/work order familiarity, and strong documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician with relevant field experience.
Ability to interpret the NEC and electrical codes.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic software tools.
Commitment to safety and environmental regulations.
Able to work independently or in teams.
Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
Maintain detailed equipment records and prints.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain electrical, mechanical, and control systems for process and facility equipment.
Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and inspections per guidelines.
Support electrical safety program and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Follow quality systems and OSHA/PSM procedures day-to-day.
Recommend improvements to electrical programs or hardware.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
