Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in San Francisco seeks an Engineering Manager to lead daily building operations at our Private Residences. You will supervise maintenance teams, manage budget and vendor contracts, and ensure the highest standards of safety, service, and resident satisfaction.

You will coordinate lifecycle maintenance, energy efficiency initiatives, emergency readiness, and collaboration with security, finance, and residential operations to maintain impeccable guest and resident

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities operations.
• Experience supervising and leading teams.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site daily building operations for residential property.
• Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire and life-safety systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors.
• Schedule maintenance and track work orders.
• Maintain records and asset inventories.
• Ensure safety and compliance with standards.
• Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead emergency response readiness.
• Communicate with residents and internal teams.
