Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is seeking a seasoned Reservations Manager to lead the Reservations Department, optimize yield, and collaborate with Revenue, Front Office, and Sales. This on-site role supports both Four Seasons San Francisco and Embarcadero properties, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service and data-driven decision making.

Applicants should have hotel reservations experience, a college degree, and U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• Two to five years of hotel reservations experience, preferably in Rooms Division and Revenue.
• This position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and requires regular on-site presence.
• Work authorization: United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of the Reservations Department and related activities.
• Maintain reservations core standards and policies.
• Conduct standards testing including call observation.
• Perform regular WRO test calls and provide timely feedback.
• Work quickly in a high-pressure environment and manage stress.
• Schedule staff according to budget guidelines and maximize service.
• Prepare payroll records and labor forecasts for weekly meetings.
• Handle guest complaints and keep senior management informed.
