Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee a team of engineering and maintenance specialists responsible for all interior and exterior facilities, including plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, electrical, and safety systems.

The role also leads property-related projects, drives energy efficiency initiatives, and ensures projects are completed on time within budget. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays is required in this 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills and leadership experience.
• Minimum five years of technical experience or equivalent in engineering.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a 24-hour operation.
