Job summary

Roundhouse is seeking a Community Manager for Second + Second Apartments in Minneapolis, MN. You will own the property's success end-to-end, including occupancy, financial performance, team leadership, and resident experience.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager, preferably luxury multifamily
• Real estate license or the ability to obtain within 120 days if required in your state
• Proven supervisory and problem-solving skills
• Experience with property management software (Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, YieldStar, AIRM, LEO, Appwork)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of property management laws and regulations
• Strong customer-service mindset and communication skills
• Desire to lead your team and community

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations across leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
• Build and execute leasing, marketing, and retention strategies to drive occupancy and revenue
• Partner with Regional Manager to set property goals and plans to reach them
• Own budgets, rent collection, delinquency and all financial obligations
• Prepare monthly and annual performance reports on financials and occupancy
• Lead and develop your team including maintenance on turns and capital projects
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to high standards
• Walk the property to maintain maintenance, curb appeal, and safety standards
• Resolve resident concerns quickly, fairly, and professionally
• Keep accurate records for leases and financials
• Plan resident events and community engagement
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and safety regulations
