Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions seeks a qualified supervisor to lead on-site logistics across multiple locations. You will manage staffing, scheduling, safety, and regulatory compliance while driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
• Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry field.
• One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required, advanced.
• Knowledge of supply chain components and manufacturing/production.
