Essential Functions

• Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
• Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
• Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation offered may be influenced by factors including experience, education, location, market data, internal equity, and ranges. Position may be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan depending on level/type. Pay type: Salaried. Minimum Pay Range: $67K. Maximum Pay Range: $70K.
