Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
• One+ year of direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within assigned function and manage operations and account management.
• Lead and develop exempt and non-exempt staff; manage staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure health and safety management and compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Collaborate with international teams and maintain professional relationships across organization.
