Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with some related education.
• Experience in shipping/receiving; inventory, deliveries, and vendor management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have a valid TN driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process invoices through data entry while ensuring the invoice is complete and totals are accurate.
• Physically receive deliveries and label stocked parts.
• Maintain and organize the loading dock and ensure necessary labels and equipment are available.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts and generate reports.
• Coordinate with end users for Return Merchandise Authorizations and returns.
• Verify packing slips against purchase orders and resolve shipment errors.
• Monitor and track packages and keep records of shipped items.
• Use Crystal Reports to modify and develop reports.
