Job summary

Felix Storch, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for its Edison, NJ office. The role oversees the movement of goods across the supply chain, coordinates with suppliers and carriers, and ensures timely delivery while maintaining documentation.

You will process orders in a TMS system, track shipments, and manage warehousing-related tasks in a fast-paced, in-office environment with standard hours and potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office/Google tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) is highly desired.
• Experience with TMS systems is highly desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics operations, transportation, and warehousing.
• Process Sales Orders in a TMS system, and follow appropriate routing guides
• Process orders in customer web portals, and schedule shipments based on custom transportation requirements.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers or distribution centers.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation including shipping labels and bill of ladings.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and related documentation.
• Resolve logistical issues, delays, or damages promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• General clerical duties and administrative duties as needed.
