Qualifications

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prescreens and prepares documentation for consumer non-real estate and commercial loan requests.
• Review requests for documentation and determine holds on loan submissions as needed.
• Prepare packages for e-signatures when applicable.
• Assign loan codes in prescreening to meet regulatory/reporting requirements.
• Ensure corrections are made to loan documents as requested by the lender.
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and internal messages from lending staff and other departments.
• Review prepared loan documents for accuracy before releasing to lenders.
• Approve specified placeholders in nCino to ensure offload to onBase.
• Upload documentation to onBase as provided by lending staff.
• Respond to requests and tickets through rotation.
• Prepare administrative renewals and complete onBase checklists per loan.
• Maintain alertness and safe work practices; complete compliance training as assigned.
