Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or paralegal cert preferred.
3–5 years of experience in an office or operations role supporting commercial lending.
Solid understanding of commercial lending and credit functions.
Knowledge of lending policies, Article 9 of the UCC, and federal lending regs.
Strong written and oral communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Self-starter with ability to work independently with little supervision.
Knowledge of collateral types and audit controls; LaserPro or similar software preferred.
