Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in venue, retail, or merchandise environments.
• Excellent customer service with a friendly, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling and POS accuracy.
• Strong communication with supervisors, teammates, and guests.
• Physical ability to load/unload merchandise and set up/breakdown elements.

Responsibilities

• Set up retail spaces at live events and maintain organized, clean areas.
• Stock merchandise, manage restocks, and ensure accurate pricing.
• Operate the Fanatics POS system for sales transactions.
• Provide a fan-first experience and address guest needs promptly.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and event equipment.
• Contribute to post-event breakdown and inventory reconciliation.
