Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking an Event Operations Associate for TGL Golf at the SoFi Center. You will engage fans, drive a top-notch shopping experience, perform POS transactions, and support pre-game, in-game, and post-game operations with a bold, customer-focused mindset.

You should be 18+, have retail or customer-service experience, and be able to work flexible evenings and weekends, including home games and events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout shifts; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and assist with shopping to create an enjoyable experience.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics POS system.
• Maintain store and stockroom standards with attention to detail.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support event operations and brand objectives.
