Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Litigation Assistant to join their Fort Myers team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, oversee administrative services, and provide support to the legal team. Applicants should be highly organized, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Experience in Personal Injury, WC, Premises, or other injury-related practice areas is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of litigation documentation, court rules, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties including scheduling hearings, managing logistics, and organizing case files.
• Draft and proofread legal documents such as pleadings and contracts.
• Manage client billing and communicate with clients for meetings and depositions.

Skills

Bilingual English and Spanish

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Computer and database expertise

Education

Associates degree in paralegal studies or paralegal certificate
