Qualifications

• 2+ years of real estate experience in property management, investing, or asset management.
• Experience with LIHTC communities is required.
• Ability to drive to multiple properties with a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property managers to ensure leasing, maintenance, compliance, contracts, collections, and renovations align with company standards.
• Collaborate with Director of Property Management to provide optimal training and support.
• Manage contractor relationships for CAPEX-related projects and ensure timely renovations.
• Track CAPEX spend and ensure units are move-in ready with thorough checklists.
• Maintain rent roll accuracy and drive occupancy while reducing delinquencies.
• Monitor reporting in company software to improve efficiency and identify issues.
• Coordinate marketing for each property as per company standards.
