Job summary

ACC Management Group invites applications for a Certification Specialist on-site in Madison, WI. The role focuses on LIHTC/Section 42 verifications, audits, and compliant file handling, coordinating with Community Managers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in affordable housing compliance, with OneSite/Outlook/Excel proficiency and a valid driver's license. A COS/HCCP is a plus as we support growth within our team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of affordable compliance experience.
• COS and/or HCCP certifications a plus.
• Proficiency with OneSite, MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Flexibility with hours during heavy certification periods.

Responsibilities

• Process and complete files for Section 42, Section 8, Rural Development and other programs with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Community Manager to ensure project/file compliance.
• Maintain proper document labeling, uploading, and filing.
• Respond to investor file requests with complete and accurate summaries.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out lease paperwork.
• Greet residents and prospects and assist with applications.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance across all files.
• Conduct on-site file audits for state agency reviews.
