ACC Management Group is seeking a Community Manager to oversee affordable housing communities across Durand, Menomonie, Fountain City, and Pepin, Wisconsin. The role involves travel between sites, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with LIHTC/Section 42 and Rural Development programs.

The position emphasizes resident service, staff supervision, and effective property operations across all locations, with a strong focus on occupancy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of project-based Section 8 or Section 42 experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with fair housing laws is advantageous.
• Proficiency with standard office software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and operations of multiple affordable housing communities.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC/Section 42 and Rural Development programs.
• Coordinate showings, leases, renewals, and resident communications.
• Supervise on-site staff and manage vendor relationships.
• Maintain resident files, payments, and timely reporting.
