• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meetings.
• Proficiency with office software and association management systems.
• Ability to work on-site, conduct property inspections, and address maintenance issues.
• Experience preparing agendas, minutes, and board packets; supporting governance.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion with resident information.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business/real estate preferred; relevant certifications a plus.
