Qualifications

• Active Florida CAM license required.

• Strong understanding of Florida CAM operations & regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned community.
• Serve as primary onsite point of contact for residents, Board members, and vendors.
• Prepare meeting agendas and management reports.
• Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and policies.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial oversight.
• Maintain accurate records and effective communication with internal teams.
