Job summary

Morgan & Morgan seeks a floater to train and support several attorneys and case staff on rotation. This role offers exposure to a wide range of cases and aims for progression to a Case Manager position. Pay starts at 20.00 p/h.

This on-site position emphasizes organization, documentation, and professional development within a leading consumer-rights firm. Participants gain hands-on experience across workflows while supporting attorneys and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• 1 year of experience in the legal field a plus.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems (word processing, records management, etc.).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Case Managers and Attorneys with organizing and maintaining client files.
• Submit check requests for records and documentation.
• Support demand preparation by organizing case documents electronically.
• Handle certified mail processing and digital document support.
• Perform general administrative tasks and operate office equipment.

Typing 35 wpm

Education

Associate degree or certificate

1 year of experience in the legal field (preferred)
