Job summary

Reliant AMS is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent for Golden Sands in Victorville, CA. You will show apartments, screen applicants, and work to secure lease agreements while maintaining high occupancy and excellent resident service.

You will handle move-ins, lease renewals, and rent processing, along with coordinating with maintenance and keeping organized records. A CA driver’s license and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of clerical office experience with public contact.
• Knowledge of leasing or property management a plus.
• Fair Housing and property laws knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shows apartments to prospective residents and actively works to secure leases.
• Screens applications, processes background reports, and coordinates move-in.
• Collects rent and deposits and maintains leasing records.
• Coordinates maintenance requests and communicates issues to the maintenance team.
• Walks the property to monitor appearance and cleanliness and reports hazards.
