• Knowledge of Fair Housing and property management laws a plus.
• Must have intermediate computer skills and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process rents and deposits, greet residents professionally during office hours.
• Monitor tenant compliance and maintain records; report violations.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure security lighting.
• Show vacant units and assist with move-in/move-out inspections.
• Support area manager and maintain resident relations.
