Job summary

Imagine Homes Management seeks a Leasing Consultant (1099) for the May Square community in Cincinnati, OH. You will be the on-site primary contact for prospects, manage lead follow-up in our CRM, conduct tours, and support lease-up during the initial launch.

A designated model unit will be prepared on-site to showcase. Requirements include an active Ohio real estate license, leasing experience (preferably new construction), excellent communication and organization, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Active Ohio real estate license required.
• Leasing or residential real estate experience, preferably with new construction or lease-up communities.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working independently on-site.
• Proficient with CRM systems or willing to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Leasing inquiries: serve as the primary contact until application submission.
• Conduct in-person tours, appointments, walk-ins, and self-guided tours.
• Provide on-site assistance throughout the leasing process.
• Utilize CRM to manage leads and document outreach.
• Complete timely follow-up on inquiries and track tasks in CRM.
• Support lease-up efforts by driving prospect interest to the community.
• Post units on MLS as needed and act as primary contact for cooperating brokers.
