Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience in a multi-family environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, highlighting the features and benefits of our community.
• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing and move-in coordination.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and follow-up strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leases and interactions with residents and prospects.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction.
