• Comfortable working independently on-site.
• Proficient with CRM systems or willing to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for leasing inquiries and tours.
• Manage lead follow-up and document activity in the CRM.
• Support lease-up efforts and drive occupancy for the community.
