Job summary

CTH Recruiting LLC is seeking a polished Luxury Leasing Consultant for a premier residential community in Columbus, Ohio. The role focuses on building relationships, showcasing amenities, and guiding prospective residents through the leasing journey.

You will conduct tours, process applications and leases, maintain records, and collaborate with management to meet occupancy goals. A customer-service mindset and strong communication are essential, with 6 months to 1 year of multifamily leasing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of multifamily leasing experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showcase community amenities.
• Assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process.
• Process applications, lease agreements, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate leasing and resident records.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Partner with the management team to achieve occupancy goals.
