Job summary

MAA Midtown Square is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team. You will engage prospective residents, showcase the community, and guide applicants through the lease process. You’ll communicate the benefits of living in a MAA property and help drive occupancy while delivering outstanding service.

This role supports marketing efforts and resident events, with opportunities for advancement in a large, national multifamily operator. A positive, results-driven attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or leasing.
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective residents and communicate the value and experience of living at a MAA community.
• Secure lease agreements and initiate screening processes.
• Communicate lease expirations and facilitate renewals.
• Assist with property marketing activities and resident events.
